Adam R. Lulay is a graduate of Western Oregon University and ROTC. Even before graduating, Adam committed to helping future ROTC cadets with their education and established this endowed scholarship fund.
About Adam R. Lulay
Lieutenant Colonel Adam Lulay received his Commission in 2004 through Oregon State University after earning his Bachelor of Science degrees from Western Oregon University.
LTC Lulay completed Basic Training at Fort Leonardwood MO in 2000. He received his Airborne wings from Fort Benning GA in 2003 and Air Assault wings from Fort Campbell KY in 2004. He completed Quartermaster Officer Basic Course at Fort Lee VA in 2004 and Army Aviation Basic Course at Fort Rucker AL in 2006. LTC Lulay completed Captains Career Course in San Antonio TX in 2012, and ILE/AOC in 2016.
LTC Lulay started his Army career in 1999 as a Private in A/1-94th Calvary and later transferred to (-) A/141 Support Battalion in 2001 where he spent the rest of his enlisted career. After Commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant, he was assigned as an Assistant Platoon Leader in 1042nd MEDEVAC from 2006-2008 and Platoon Leader in C/7-158 AVN 2008-2011. He deployed to Iraq as a MEDEVAC Platoon Leader 2009-2010 and remained in Iraq at the Assistant S3 Air LNO for the 41st Infantry BDE. LTC Lulay was selected to stand up the Oregon CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) 2011-2013 with additional duties as the Land Component Commanders Aid De Campe. He took Command of HHC 2/641 Aviation 2013-2015 and A 2/641 AVN 2014-2015 while working as the 2nd Officer and BN AO. After completing Commands he was assigned as the S3 Operates Officer for the 102 Civil Support Team from 2015-2019. LTC Lulay was assigned as the Bilateral Affairs Officer in Hanoi Vietnam from 2019-2021, 821 Troop Command Battalion Executive Officer/AO from 2021-2023. He is currently assigned as the 102 Civil Support Team Commander.

LTC Lulay his wife and three children reside in Willamina Oregon, spending their free time farming, and hunting.
